為紀念嚴前總統家淦先生誕辰一百二十週年，社團法人嚴前總統家淦先生紀念協會於昨(14)日於國定古蹟自由之家舉辦紀念展，同步發表新書《靜波人生─嚴前總統家淦先生財經與施政言論選集》，並與國立臺北科技大學文化事業發展系、光陣三維科技股份有限公司，以及深耕文教基金會共同攜手策展，推出「3D文物數位典藏展」與「Chat C.K. YEN 人工智慧互動系統」示範。
To commemorate the 120th birth anniversary of the late President Yen Chia-kan, the C.K.YEN President Memorial Association hosted a commemorative exhibition at the National Historic Site, the National Monument of Liberty House yesterday (the 14th).
The event also simultaneously featured the launch of the new book, "Quiet Waves of Life: Selected Speeches on Economics and Governance by Former President Yen Chia-kan".
The exhibition was co-curated in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Vocation Development at National Taipei University of Technology, LightMatrix, and the Shengeng Cultivated Culture and Education Foundation. The showcase introduced the "3D Cultural Relics Digital Archiving Exhibition" and demonstrated the "Chat C.K. YEN Artificial Intelligence Interactive System".
協會理事長嚴雋泰表示，本展橫跨史料出版、數位科技與人工智慧三大面向，透過新書發表、3D文物數位典藏展及AI互動系統示範，立體呈現嚴前總統的治國理念與時代貢獻，展現文化教育與科技創新的整合實踐，開啟文化永續新篇章。
Mr. Yen Chun-Tai, Chairman of the Association, stated: "This exhibition spans three major dimensions: historical documentation and publication, digital technology, and artificial intelligence. Through the new book launch, the 3D Cultural Relics Digital Archiving Exhibition, and the AI interactive system demonstration, we aim to offer a three-dimensional presentation of Former President Yen’s governing philosophy and contributions to his era. This event demonstrates the integrated practice of cultural education and technological innovation, opening a new chapter in cultural sustainability."

《靜波人生─嚴前總統家淦先生財經與施政言論選集》由協會籌畫近十年編纂完成，精選嚴前總統自財政部長、行政院長至總統任內的重要施政與演講文字一百二十篇，完整呈現其「以財經立國、以德行領航」的治國典範與施政智慧。本書特邀前副總統蕭萬長、前台灣省省長宋楚瑜與前行政院長陳冲聯袂撰序，分別從經濟建設、政治文化與國家治理角度，闡釋嚴前總統對臺灣現代化的深遠影響。出版總編輯宋兆霖處長撰寫〈編輯例〉，以編者視角回顧史料整理與思想脈絡；現任國策顧問暨協會理事長嚴雋泰先生則於書首〈前言〉中，以家族後裔與協會代表身分，道出對父志的傳承與祝禱。
The New Book, Quiet Waves of Life: Selected Speeches on Economics and Governance by Former President Yen Chia-kan, was compiled and edited by the Association over nearly ten years.
The selection features 120 key policy and speech texts from Former President Yen's tenure as Minister of Finance, Premier of the Executive Yuan, and President. The book comprehensively presents his governing philosophy and administrative wisdom, highlighted by the paradigm of "Founding the nation on sound finance and leading with virtue."
The book features forewords jointly written by Former Vice President Vincent Siew, Former Taiwan Provincial Governor James Soong, and Former Premier Sean Chen. They elaborate on Former President Yen's profound impact on Taiwan's modernization from the perspectives of economic development, political culture, and national governance, respectively.
Director Song Zhao-Lin, the Editor-in-Chief for the publication, penned the introductory "Editorial Notes", providing the editor's perspective on the historical material organization and the intellectual context. Furthermore, Mr. Yen Chun-Tai, the current Senior Advisor to the President and Chairman of the Association, opens the book with a "Foreword", articulating, as a family descendant and association representative, the inheritance and dedication to his father's legacy.
