By tightly linking these core pillars of responsible business with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), she has effectively built a bridge between local actions and global responsibilities.
She emphasized that every decision she makes is deeply considered—from who cultivates the cocoa and how the land is cared for, to which ingredients are permitted in the final product. This meticulous approach embodies the company's commitment. Ms. Martinez shared how Ibagari Chocolate applies ESG principles within the cocoa industry and discussed their "rooted in people, planet, and purpose" journey toward sustainable cocoa.
She expressed her strong belief in establishing meaningful global partnerships and looked forward to collaborating with attendees to create products that offer not just chocolate, but a mission.
